The Vineyards Apartments is pleased to provide our residents with 24-hour emergency maintenance service and prompt attention to all non-emergency requests. If and when you have a maintenance service request, please call it to our attention when it first occurs so that we can respond quickly and remedy the problem. Hopefully, you'll never need this service, but if you do, you will certainly appreciate having our trained maintenance staff just a phone call away.

Pet Policy

Weight and breed restrictions apply. $500 additional deposit for one pet and $750 deposit for two pets. $75 for each dog, and $50 for each cat, only two pets total allowed in home.
